As with many successful Broker Associates, Julie Kinney arrived at her career in real estate from other business successes. A third generation Coloradoan, Julie headed up two successful personnel consulting firms that served Fortune 100 companies over the course of two decades, during which she was cited numerous times for exceptional production. She became one of relative few in her field to hold the title Certified Personnel Consultant, a designation that recognized her expertise in fields of business ethics, confidentiality, and contract law -- aspects that are now appreciated by her real estate client base. Julie has an 19-year-old daughter and has been an active participant in fundraising on her school´s behalf. She enjoys an exceptionally active community life including with Toastmasters and with the Miata Car Club, which she has served as President. She is an avid gardner, is a skier and golfer, plays tennis, enjoys the art of carving, and studies the Chinese art of Feng Shui. Julie is currently pursuing advanced education and designations in Real Estate.
Julie holds the GRI designation; (Graduate REALTOR® Institute ) after passing advanced training in Finance, Law, Property Value, Investment properties and Ethics.
